Small Group $35 each
The investment in yourself is well worth it. Please remember our goal is to help you change your lifestyle so that fitness and healthy living becomes second nature and something you look forward to doing each day.
How do I sign up for classes?
The first step is to contact us to set up your introductory session. We will assess your strengths and areas for improvement and discuss which program is a best place to start. Sometimes people are ready to jump into the classes, other times we may recommend you do a few privates to avoid injury in classes.
How long is each session?
Each session lasts for 55 minutes unless it is a workshop.
What should I wear?
What type of equipment do you have?
Currently we have 4 Peak Pilates PPS systems which are full reformers with towers, 3 Mve Pilates Chairs, 4 Pilates Arcs, 6 Body Blades, 3 Orbits, 2 TRX, 3 BOSU, Bellicon Rebounder, Water rower, discs, rollers, balls, rings, balance products, weights, body bars, medicine balls, trigger point therapy products....We have a lot of toys!
Do I have to be in shape to attend?
NO! The point of our program is to help you GET you in shape. We do ask that your physician approves of you participating in our program. Every day that you wait to sign up because you want to 'get in better shape first' is another day wasted that could have been spent in Pilates Body Sessions getting yourself in the best shape of your life! There is no better time to start than NOW!
I am a very self-motivated person, so why should I pay you to make sure I work out every day when I already do?
You may work out every day, but do you get the most out of your workout? Our program will help those who need motivation to work out regularly, but it will also provide someone like you, who already has the discipline to exercise on a regular basis, with that extra boost to get you more balanced, stronger, and fitter than ever before. We will strengthen your weak areas in order to make you stand taller and feel better. Bottom line, we think you'll love our program and we KNOW you'll see results.
I'm already an athlete. Will I get anything out of your program?
YES! Just ask one of the many triathletes, marathon vets, sub-6-minute milers, basketball, speedskaters, soccer, hockey, and lacrosse players, who have participated in our program, and who were amazed at the challenge it provided. Athlete or not, you will receive a total body workout. Let’s take marathon runners as an example. Does your training program strengthen and stretch your abs, back, hamstrings, and upper body enough? Chances are it does not and this can lead to serious injuries.
What is your cancellation policy?
What are the times of your classes?
